▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene fiber reinforced inorganic polymer matrix comprises 0.01-10 wt.% graphene content, 50-80 wt.% fiber mesh content and 20-50 wt.% inorganic polymer content. USE - Graphene fiber reinforced inorganic polymer matrix. ADVANTAGE - The graphene fiber reinforced inorganic polymer matrix has high strength, toughness, heat resistance and effectively prolongs the service life of the grinding tool. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene fiber reinforced inorganic polymer matrix, which involves: (A) preparing graphene water solution by weighing graphene, adding deionized water, stirring uniformly and shaking ultrasonically for 1-10 hours to prepare 0.1-10g/l graphene solution; (B) pretreating the fibrous web by immersing the fibrous web in an acetone solution for 0.1-1 hour, washing it with absolute ethanol and deionized water, and drying at 50-80 degrees C for 6-24 hours; (C) preparing a graphene fiber mesh, placing the treated fibrous web into a graphene solution for 1 to 10 hours, and magnetically stirring at room temperature to fully encapsulate the graphene; (D) adsorbing on the surface of the fibrous mesh to form a uniform coating layer and vacuum drying at 50-80 degrees C for 6-48 hours to obtain a graphene fiber mesh; (E) impregnating the graphene fiber web with an inorganic polymer adhesive, placing in the laminator at 1-50Mpa pressure, 50-100 degrees C heating temperature for 0.5-5 hours, raising the temperature to 100-120 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours, heating to 120-150 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours, cooling to room temperature; and (F) curing, stripping and finishing to obtain final product.
