NOVELTY - The cell has a back electrode that is arranged on a substrate (10). A graphene oxide layer (40) contacts a portion of the back electrode. A photoactive layer (50) is arranged on the graphene oxide layer. An upper electrode (70) is arranged on the photoactive layer. The graphene oxide layer includes a thickness of 50 nm to 80 nm. The graphene oxide layer is formed in a film shape and includes several through portions (30) penetrating the inside. The photoactive layer contacts the back electrode through the through portion penetrating the graphene oxide layer. USE - Inorganic thin film solar cell for power generation. ADVANTAGE - The inorganic thin film solar cell prevents loss of photons due to interference between incident light and reflected light, and increases the amount of charge generated by the incident light accordingly. The inorganic thin film solar cell can smoothly flow charges in the solar cell. The inorganic thin film solar cell improves the conversion efficiency of the inorganic thin film solar cell.
