NOVELTY - Preparing electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution catalyst comprises controlling the size and density of defects by controlling the etching time of hydrogen peroxide on graphene oxide, using graphene oxide rich in carbon defects as a carrier through high-temperature carbonization, obtaining a pure carbon-supported platinum sub-nano cluster hydrogen evolution catalyst and testing for hydrogen evolution performance. USE - The method is useful for preparing electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method controls the size of the nano particles; stabilizes the low-priced platinum and promotes the hydrogen evolution reaction of the material.
