▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nitrogen-ion-implanted three-dimensional self-assembled graphene has graphene sheet structure with a diameter of 5-15 mu m and a magnitude of 2 mu m by observation, and comprises 0.6-4.24% nitrogen. USE - Nitrogen-ion-implanted three-dimensional self-assembled graphene is useful as tissue support biomaterial (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-ion-implanted three-dimensional self-assembled graphene, when used as tissue support biomaterial, increases cell adhesion and growth, improves hydrophilicity and protein adsorption, and has excellent biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of nitrogen-ion-implanted three-dimensional self-assembled graphene, which involves slicing three-dimensional self-assembled graphene to 2-3.2 mm, freezing at 0 degrees C or less for 12 hours or more, and finally at -40 degrees C to -80 degrees C and less than 10 Pa for 10-48 hours, and injecting 1x 1016-1x 1020 nitrogen ions at 5-25 keV; and (2) use of nitrogen-ion-implanted three-dimensional self-assembled graphene as tissue support biomaterial.
