NOVELTY - The device has reaction chamber that is set with quartz reaction tube with heat-resistant steel or heat-resisting alloy pad. Fire-resisting brick frame is fixed on chamber. Reaction tube is provided with quartz boats with axial slots. Carbon source, reducing gas and inert gas storage tanks through carbon source, reducing gas and inert gas mass flow controllers are connected with gas mixer connected with reaction tube, respectively. Waste gas recycling processor is connected with reaction tube. Reaction chamber is connected with heating unit and temperature control cabinet. USE - Continuous production device of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The device structure can be simplified while increasing the reaction area. The yield of the graphene can be improved. The production cost of graphene and energy consumption of the device can be reduced. The continuous production of graphite can be realized.
