NOVELTY - The heater has a polygonal shaped first pipe (110) that is made of insulating material, where heating wire is connected to power terminal at both ends of first pipe and inserted into an internal space. A ceramic coating is performed on an outer circumferential surface of the first pipe. A vibration-proof rubber (140) is formed on one end and another end of second pipe (120), and magnesium oxide is filled in a first accommodating space by mixing magnesium oxide and graphene oxide. USE - The sheath heater is useful for an electric and a hydrogen vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The sheath heater has excellent corrosion resistance, insulation and thermal conductivity.
