NOVELTY - Graphene aqueous super wear resistant floor paint comprises e.g. polyurethane resin, modified graphene, hydroxyethyl cellulose, dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, nano zinc-oxide, nano-silicon dioxide, curing agent, dispersing agent, leveling agent, antifoaming agent, reactive diluent, pigment and filler and water, where the preparation method of modified graphene includes (i) oxidizing graphene by Hummers method to obtain graphene oxide; dispersing graphene oxide powder in a mixed solution of polyethylene glycol and N,N-dimethylformamide and then stirring and heating, (ii) introducing nitrogen gas, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone and tetraethylammonium bromide, heating and the stirring and refluxing, and (iii) adding vinyl carbazole and hydrazine hydrate on the basis of step two, cooling, stirring and sealing the reaction, cooling, filtering with a filter, washing and drying to obtain final product. USE - Used as graphene aqueous super wear resistant floor paint. ADVANTAGE - The graphene aqueous super wear resistant floor paint: enhanced wear resistance and mechanical properties of paint film; and is environmentally friendly and safe; and the preparation process is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene aqueous super wear resistant floor paint comprises 60-75 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 8-11 pts. wt. modified graphene, 7-11 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose , 15-20 pts. wt. dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, 5-9 pts. wt. nano zinc-oxide, 9-17 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 15-26 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 0.9-1.8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 3-5 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 30-60 pts. wt. pigment and filler and 15-30 pts. wt. water, where the preparation method of modified graphene includes (i) oxidizing graphene by Hummers method to obtain graphene oxide; dispersing graphene oxide powder in a mixed solution of polyethylene glycol and N,N-dimethylformamide and then stirring at a speed of 300-350 revolutions/minute and heating at 80-90 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, (ii) introducing nitrogen gas, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone and tetraethylammonium bromide, heating at 150-160 degrees C, and the stirring at a rate of 300-350 revolutions/minute and refluxing from 110-150 minutes, and (iii) adding vinyl carbazole and hydrazine hydrate on the basis of step two, cooling to 60-80 degrees C, stirring at a rate of 400-500 revolutions/minute and sealing the reaction for 2-2.5 hours, cooling, filtering with a filter, washing and drying to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene aqueous super wear resistant floor paint comprising (i) mixing polyurethane resin and hydroxyethyl cellulose with water, stirring at a rate of 800-950 revolutions/minute and simultaneously adding dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, dispersant, and reactive diluent and stirring for 70-100 minutes, (ii) adding product of step (i) into a grinder, and adding nano zinc oxide, nano silicon dioxide and modified graphene, and stirring at a rate of 1800-2200 revolutions/minute for 90-120 minutes, and (iii) adding product obtained in (ii), leveling agent, antifoaming agent, pigment filler and curing agent into a mixer, stirring the mixture at a rate of 1000-1200 revolutions/minute for 50-60 minutes, and filtering to obtain final product.
