NOVELTY - Polyurethane foam external wall insulation material comprises component A and component B, where component A comprises 1-4 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 4-16 pts. wt. brominated epoxy resin, 60-80 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 5-10 pts. wt. fumed graphene, 1-4 pts. wt. catalyst, 15-30 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer and 15-30 pts. wt. foaming agent. The component B is polyphenylene polymethylene isocyanates. The foaming agent comprises 1-5 pts. wt. cyclopentane, 6-12 pts. wt. pentafluorocyclopentane and 2-6 pts. wt. dichloroethane. USE - Polyurethane foam external wall insulation material. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane foam external wall insulation material has improves the fire resistance and maintains the excellent mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing polyurethane foam external wall insulation material, which involves: (A) mixinh phenolic resin, brominated epoxy resin, polyether polyol, dichloroethane andpentafluorocyclopentane; (B) adding fumed graphene, stabilizer, catalyst, flame retardant and cyclopentane to obtain component, where polyphenylene polymethylene polyisocyanate is used as component B; and (C) mixing component A and component B and foaming, where amount of isocyanate index is 1.05-1.15, to obtain desired product.
