▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Portable device for detecting and identifying antigen compounds in the saliva or antibodies in the blood of a subject, device comprises: a biosensor connected to a device; a sensor module disposed in a housing of the device, where the sensor module collects data, and thus detects and identifies at least one antigen compounds and/or at least one antibody compounds in a saliva or blood sample; a communication apparatus disposed to the sensor module, where the communication apparatus electrically transmits the collected data; and a battery disposed to the communication apparatus and the sensor module. USE - The portable device is useful for detecting and identifying antigen compounds in the saliva or antibodies in the blood of a subject (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The portable device provides significant value in measuring patient compliance with regimens and/or determining active infection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMs are also included for: (1) a sensor comprising a gold coated interdigital electrode, where the interdigital electrode comprises a nanocomposite of graphene nanoplatelet with diblock-co-polymer, where the nanocomposite includes at least one immobilized antigen molecules, and a support on which the electrodes are disposed; and (2) detecting and identifying antigen compounds from a fluid sample of a subject comprising collecting and chemical treating a fluid sample of a subject, collecting the sample in a connected device, where the device comprises a housing including at least a sensor module, a communication apparatus, and a battery, collecting data about the presence and identity of at least one antigen compounds with the sensor module, communicating collected data via the communication apparatus to a processing apparatus, and processing the communicated data to detect and identify the at least one antigen compounds. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a schematic view of the portable device which identifies and detects an antigen and/or antibody in the saliva of a subject.
