NOVELTY - Cement-based grouting material comprises 35-50 pts. wt. sulphoaluminate cement, 10-20 pts. wt. slag powder, 10-20 pts. wt. fly ash, 6-7 pts. wt. chemical additive, 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. modified graphene fiber and rest is water. USE - Cement-based grouting material for semi-flexible mixture. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene fiber has excellent flexibility, good dispersion in aqueous solution, high surface roughness and tensile strength, and is prepared by simple wet spinning and oxygen plasma etching technology, significantly improves the mechanical and electrical properties of the synthesized composite material by incorporating modified graphene fiber into the sulphoaluminate cement-based grouting material, and also significantly improves its dispersibility in cement systems by chemically modified water reducer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing cement-based grouting material, which involves: (1) adding the modified graphene fiber into a mixture of the slag powder and the fly ash, and mixing through a high-speed ball mill to obtain a mixture. (2) The mixture is mixed with sulphoaluminate cement and water, stirred and mixed for 5 minutes by using a stirrer to obtain cement grouting, adding polyethylene glycol, and continuously stirred for 5 minutes to form cement grouting suspension. (3) The sodium silicate and modified polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent are added into the grouting suspension, and continuously stirred for 10 minutes.
