▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of sulfonic acid functionalized graphene oxide paper with perforated surface comprises oxidizing graphene using ultrasonic etching process, diluting graphene in deionized water, stirring, and adding concentrated nitric acid (HNO3) mixture; mixing, pouring deionized water, removing upper layer solution, purifying, and freeze-drying; conducting acidification, dispersing graphite oxide in dispersing solvent; and taking sulfonic acid functionalized surface colloid solution and graphite oxide in filter membrane, carrying out vacuum suction filtration, drying, and stripping. USE - Method for preparing sulfonic acid functionalized graphene oxide paper with perforated surface used for direct methanol fuel cell proton exchange membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and easy to be used in large scale. The functionalized graphene oxide paper retains two-dimensional graphene structure, and has high specific surface area and surface features, which can be based on decentralized, highly flexible sheet structure. The paper has controllable thickness and surface area, large area, excellent absorption, strength, flexibility, erosion resistance, high-quality, high proton conductivity and low methanol permeability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of sulfonic acid functionalized graphene oxide paper with perforated surface comprises: (A) oxidizing graphene using ultrasonic etching process, dispersing graphene in deionized water using ultrasonic machine and diluting to obtain 0.05-5 mg/mL graphite oxide alkene solution, then under stirring condition, adding 65% concentrated HNO3 mixture, where volume ratio of HNO3 and graphite oxide alkene solution is 1-20: 1, where at 4-60 degrees C condition, the concentration of HNO3 and graphite oxide alkene solution at frequency of 20-100 KHz and power of 40-1000 W is reacted at ultrasonic condition for 0.5-10 hours; (B) static mixing for 1-3 hours, pouring 100-200 mL deionized water, removing upper layer solution, purifying, taking the obtained solid in freeze-drying machine and fully drying; (C) conducting acidification with a surface oxidation graphene, then using sulfonated surface and dispersing graphite oxide in dispersing solvent at output power of 40-1000 W, frequency of 20-100 KHz, and conducting ultrasonic vibration for 0.5-2 hours, where concentration of colloid solution is 0.5-5 mg/mL; and (D) generating paper with sulfonic acid functionalized surface by taking 20-50 mL sulfonic acid functionalized surface colloid solution and graphite oxide in filter membrane with aperture of 0.02-2 mu m, placing in 100-500 mL filtering device, carrying out vacuum suction filtration to obtain thin film, drying at 20-60 degrees C for 24 hours, and stripping from filter membrane to obtain sulfonic acid functionalized graphene oxide paper with perforated surface.
