▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An glucose concentration electrochemical detection method involves using integrated paper based micro-flow control device, dispersing graphene/polyaniline/nano-gold composite material in chitosan acetic acid solution to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is mixed with glucose oxidase solution for modifying screen-printed electrode. The modified screen-printed electrode is fixed, followed by adding sample on filter paper covered on the surface of the modified screen-printed electrode, and adding phosphate buffer solution to carry out electrochemical test to detect glucose concentration. USE - Method for electrochemical detection of glucose concentration in whole blood. ADVANTAGE - The method enables electrochemical detection of glucose concentration with reduced reagent utilization in a convenient and inexpensive manner.
