NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a lithium source, an iron source, a phosphate source and an organic additive based on a mole ratio of 0.95-1.05:1:0.95-1.05:0.2-2 to lithium iron phosphate proportion. A graphene is added into the lithium iron phosphate proportion. The proportion is grinded and mixed uniformly and tabletted. Raw material is pressed at a protection atmosphere in a furnace after grinding and pressing into a double-crucible device in a microwave oven for 40-50 min. A reaction product is uniformly grinded to obtain a graphene composite lithium iron phosphate positive pole material. USE - Method for quickly preparing a microwave graphene composite lithium iron phosphate positive pole material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables exhibiting reversible charging/discharging characteristic of the material.
