NOVELTY - The high-adhesion impact-resistant heat-preservation paint comprises acrylic resin, nitrile rubber 2707, phenolic resin, antioxidant 4010NA, modified graphene, talc powder, calcined kaolin, hollow microspheres, KH-560 (RTM: gamma -glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), film-forming additive, dispersant, defoaming agent, thickener, wetting agent, leveling agent, preservative, anti-mold agent and solvent. The solvent comprises ethylene glycol butyl ether and triethanolamine in volume ratio of 4-5:1-2. USE - High-adhesion impact-resistant heat-preservation paint (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High-adhesion impact-resistant heat-preservation paint comprises 52-53 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 24-25 pts. wt. nitrile rubber 2707, 19-20 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 1.2-1.3 pts. wt. antioxidant 4010NA, 24-25 pts. wt. modified graphene, 11-12 pts. wt. talc powder, 9-10 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 4-5 pts. wt. hollow microspheres, 1.3-1.4 pts. wt. KH-560 (RTM: gamma -glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 1.5-1.7 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 2.3-2.4 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1.2-1.3 pts. wt. thickener, 1.9-2 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.4-0.5 pt. wt. preservative, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. anti-mold agent and 59-60 pts. wt. solvent. The solvent comprises ethylene glycol butyl ether and triethanolamine in volume ratio of 4-5:1-2. The modified graphene is prepared by adding 4-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1.3-1.4 mmol/L concentration of 8.5-9 pts. wt. sodium nitrite solution and 16-17 pts. wt. n-hexyl alcohol, stirring at 112-114 rpm for 0.7-0.8 hour, adding 96-98% of 0.6-0.7 pts. wt. sulfuric acid solution, heating at 67-68 degrees C, stirring at 98-104 rpm for 1.4-1.6 hours, cooling to 26-27 degrees C, centrifuging and separating at 3680-3700 rpm, drying to obtain material (A), adding material (A), 5-6 pts. wt. acetone, 7-8 pts. wt. vitamin C and 3.5-4 pts. wt. nitroaniline to reaction container for 16.5-17 hours, dispersing for 1.5-2 hours, ultrasonically processing at 38-39 kHz and at 980-1000 W to obtain material (B), filtering and drying to obtain modified graphene.
