NOVELTY - The battery has a nano-rod array thin film layer formed in a template layer. The nano-rod array thin film layer is fixed parallel to a transparent electrode. An active layer is fixed in the nano-rod array thin film layer. The template layer is provided with a perylene tetra-carboxylic dianhydride layer graphene oxide graphene layer. An electron donor of the nano-rod array thin film layer is provided with a phthalocyanine copper layer. The electron donor is provided with the active layer. The transparent electrode is provided with an indium tin oxide (ITO) conductive glass layer. USE - Heterojunction organic solar energy battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery has high photo-electric energy conversion rate.
