NOVELTY - The purifier (120) has a fan for introducing contaminated air containing viruses and bacteria. An air purifying unit removes the viruses and bacteria. A control unit controls the fan and the air purifying unit. A power supply unit supplies power, where the air purifier passes through a photochemical reaction nano-composite catalyst filter (121) that sterilizes while contacting viruses and bacteria. A UV lamp (122) irradiates UV rays and the photochemical reaction nano composite catalyst filter. The UV lamp includes an ozone removal catalyst filter that removes ozone, a by-product remaining in the air, and the photochemical reaction nano composite catalyst material, which is a mixture of nickel nitrate and graphene so that oxidation and reduction reactions in UV and visible light are activated.
