NOVELTY - Preparation of Dacromet (RTM: zinc-aluminum flake coating), involves mixing graphene, expanded perlite, diphenylsilanediol and isooctyl oleate, stirring, adding zinc powder, aluminum powder, coupling agent, surfactant and polyacrylamide to stirred mixture, heating, stirring for 200-250 minutes under an inert gas protection condition to obtain material (I), mixing talc, polyethylene glycol, tributyl phosphate, polyvinyl alcohol and ethylene glycol to obtain material (II) and mixing material (I) and material (II). USE - Preparation of Dacromet (RTM: zinc-aluminum flake coating) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of Dacromet (RTM: zinc-aluminum flake coating) with strong adhesion. The chrome-free Dacromet (RTM: zinc-aluminum flake coating) has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of Dacromet (RTM: zinc-aluminum flake coating), involves mixing (I) 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 1-3 pts. wt. diphenylsilanediol and 2-4 pts. wt. isooctyl oleate, stirring, adding 5-10 pts. wt. zinc powder, 8-12 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 0.5-1 pt. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. surfactant and 2-5 pts. wt. polyacrylamide to stirred mixture, heating, stirring for 200-250 minutes under an inert gas protection condition to obtain material (I), mixing (II) 1-2 pts. wt. talc, 2-4 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. tributyl phosphate, 2-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol and 20-30 pts. wt. ethylene glycol to obtain material (II) and mixing material (I) and material (II).
