NOVELTY - Single component graphene epoxy resin composite foam comprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 25-35 pts. wt. curing-foaming agent, 0.2-2 pts. wt. graphene and 0.5-1 pt. wt. foam stabilizer. The curing-foaming agent is 100 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol and 20-25 pts. wt. N-aminoethylpiperazine. The inlet flow rate of carbon dioxide is 40-50 ml/minute. USE - Single component graphene epoxy resin composite foam. ADVANTAGE - The foam has excellent storage stability, good cellular structure, superior compression performance and has antistatic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of single component graphene epoxy resin composite foam comprising weighing curing-foaming agent, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, mixing N-aminoethyl piperazine, introducing carbon dioxide, bubbling for 11-12 hours, filtering, drying to obtain solid curing-foaming agent, weighing epoxy resin and graphene on planetary ball mill at 450 revolutions per minute for 1 hour, performing ultrasonic at 55-60 degrees C for 30-35 minutes, cooling to room temperature to obtain graphene dispersed epoxy resin phase, adding disperse phase in graphene-epoxy resin, solidifying, adding foaming agent and foam stabilizer, mixing for 5-6 minutes at 1500-2000 revolutions per minute, pouring into pre-heated mold, sealing, solidifying and cooling to room temperature the mold.
