NOVELTY - Preparing graphene sheet involves taking a certain amount of graphene powder and tourmaline powder, placing graphene powder and tourmaline powder in two containing barrels respectively, taking a certain amount of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, and placing PVC resin in stirring barrel (1), where mass ratio of graphene powder to tourmaline powder to PVC resin is 1:2-5:150-450. The graphene powder and tourmaline powder in two containing barrels (8) are simultaneously and equivalently dropped into obliquely arranged vibration groove (6) from two containing barrels every time, graphene powder and tourmaline powder are mixed completely and uniformly through vibration of vibration groove, and uniformly mixed powder are conveyed to front end of vibration groove through vibration of vibration groove. USE - Method for preparing graphene plate material used for manufacturing transparent touch screen, light plate and solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene plate that is capable of fully mixing powder in powder conveying process, which has high mechanical strength, and has healthcare function. The graphene powder and tourmaline powder in the two containing barrels fall into the inclined vibrating groove at the same time, fully and uniformly mixing through the vibration of the vibrating grooves, and falls into the stirring barrel of the powder and PVC resin under the stirring of the stirring rod, fully mixing uniformly, and forms primary mixed material, which ensures the effect of kneading primary forming.
