NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene dispersion liquid involves obtaining graphene dispersion liquid by atomizing graphite in a dispersion liquid obtained by dispersing (S1) graphite in a dispersion medium by performing a jet mill treatment process (S2,S3,S4,S5) by introducing the dispersion liquid into a flow path having a flow path (a1) which carries out an opposite collision on a straight line, a flow path (a2) which is connected perpendicularly with respect to the flow path (a1), and a flow path (a3) which is connected perpendicularly with respect to the flow path (a2) at 180 MPa or more, and flowing the dispersion liquid through the inside of the flow path (a1), the flow path (a2), and the flow path (a3) in this order. USE - Manufacture of graphene dispersion liquid used as electronic material and electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene dispersion liquid, by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for atomization apparatus, which consists of a non-return valve, a dispersion liquid tank, in which the dispersion liquid is stored, a high-pressure pump for pressurizing the dispersion liquid, and an atomization unit having a flow path through which the dispersion liquid flows.
