▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Liquid metal hydrogel comprises 20-60 %mass polymer, 0.2-5 %mass initiator, 0.04-1 %mass catalyst and remaining of water. The polymer is prepared using water-soluble monomer as raw material, and using liquid metal initiator and catalyst. The water-soluble monomer comprises acrylamide, acrylic acid, N-isopropylacrylamide, sodium acrylate, sodium p-styrene sulfonate, and/or methyl N,N-dimethylaminoacrylate. The liquid metal initiator comprises gallium, indium and/or tin. The catalyst comprises graphene oxide and functionalized derivatives, including graphene oxide, aminated graphene oxide, carboxylated graphene oxide, fluorinated graphene oxide, dopamine-coated graphene oxide, polyaniline grafted graphene oxide, polypyrrole grafted graphene oxide, and/or poly3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene grafted graphene oxide. USE - Liquid metal hydrogel used as flexible sensor material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves the technical problems of slow reaction speed and long curing time in the existing preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing liquid metal hydrogel, involving (i) ultrasonically breaking liquid metal initiator and catalyst in water to prepare a stable dispersion, and (ii) adding water-soluble monomer to stable dispersion, stirring for 5 to 120 seconds, leaving still, and rapidly polymerizing and solidifying the system for 3-10 minutes to obtain the product.
