▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber composite comprises 0.1-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide with respect to 100 pts. wt. epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber. The epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber is obtained by epoxidizing styrene-butadiene rubber having number-average molecular weight of 100000-400000, and molecular weight distribution index of 1-3. The content of structural unit derived from styrene and butadiene with respect to 100 wt.% of total content of styrene-butadiene rubber is 15-40 wt.% and 60-85 wt.%, respectively. USE - Graphene oxide-epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber composite is used for producing vulcanized rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber composite provides vulcanized rubber having excellent mechanical property, and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide-epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber composite comprises 0.1-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide with respect to 100 pts. wt. epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber. The epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber is obtained by epoxidizing styrene-butadiene rubber having number-average molecular weight of 100000-400000, and molecular weight distribution index of 1-3. The content of structural unit derived from styrene is 15-40 wt.% with respect to 100 wt.% of total content of styrene-butadiene rubber. The content of structural unit derived from butadiene is 60-85 wt.% with respect to 100 wt.% of total content of styrene-butadiene rubber. The content of vinyl group in styrene-butadiene rubber is 20-70 wt.%. The diffraction peak (2 theta ) of graphene oxide measured based on X-ray diffraction is 2-12 degrees . The infrared spectrum of composite shows ester bond by exhibiting characteristic peaks at 1750 cm-1 and 1240 cm-1, and shows ether bond by exhibiting characteristic peaks at 1150 cm-1. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene oxide-epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber composite, which involves mixing graphene oxide and epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber; and (2) vulcanized rubber, which is obtained by mixing 100 pts. wt. graphene oxide-epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber composite, 20-100 pts. wt. filler, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-4 pts. wt. accelerator and 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, and measuring compression rate of 30% at 70 plus minus degrees C or less.
