NOVELTY - Producing graphene heating wallboard module involves sieving the by-products of the micropowder in the spherical graphite production process and placing in a drying box for drying treatment, and then mixing the dried carbon powder and copper powder uniformly to make a mixed powder. The mixed powder is put in a high-temperature tube furnace, heated for 2-5 hours under the protection of argon gas. The heating temperature is kept at 400-450 degrees C, and then cooled to room temperature and taken out and stored in a vacuum dryer. The 40-50 wt.% plasticizer, 7-10 wt.% lubricant, 7-10 wt.% dispersant, 15-30 wt.% mixed powder are taken and balance is cyclohexanone is taken as a solvent, put the above materials in a tank and mixed and then added the mixed powder to infiltrate after the infiltration is completed. The mixture is placed in a high-speed shearing emulsifier for high-speed dispersion to obtain a mixed heat-generating paint, and dispersion time is controlled within 10-20 minutes. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene heating wallboard module that has good heating efficiency, high strength of the glass fiber cloth, reduces the thickness of the board so that the thickness of the heating wall panel is low, is convenient for installation and laying, has low production cost, and is non-toxic and harmless.
