NOVELTY - A surface finishing material comprises low preure melamine (LPM) attached and formed on top of any one furniture board selected from plywood, hardwood, synthetic wood, particle board, medium density fiberboard and high density fiberboard, and a surface protective layer formed using the coating solution applied and dried on surface of the low preure melamine. The coating solution contains 30-40 pts. wt. acrylic-modified polyester resin, 3-7 pts. wt. polysiloxane, 1-3 pts. wt. alkoxysilane, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 pts. wt. photocatalyst, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. flame retardant additive, 1-2 pts. wt. filler and 0.1-1 pts. wt. 1,3,5-triglycidyl isocyanurate. USE - Surface finishing material used for furniture. Uses include but are not limited cabinet, drawer, bookcase, kitchen furniture, sink, shoe cabinet, desk, conference table, dining table, dressing table, and bookshelf. ADVANTAGE - The material is environmentally-friendly, has excellent adhesion to processed wood, impact resistance, hardness, weather resistance, chemical resistance, antibacterial property, anti-odor, deodorizing property, durability, and suppresses spread of fire and emission of toxic substances such as formalin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of surface finishing material, which involves preparing a board for furniture, spraying a spray liquid on surface of the furniture board, drying the furniture board, attaching low preure melamine to the dried furniture board, applying a coating solution to surface of the low preure melamine and drying to form a surface protective layer.
