▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming a graphene layer on two surfaces of a growth substrate. The graphene layer with the growth substrate is uniformly adhered together to remove the original growth substrate for obtaining a graphene carrier film. Silk-screen silver paste is printed on the graphene layer of the graphene carrier film. An off-type film of an optically clear adhesive (OCA) adhesive layer is adhered on an optical grade polyethylene terephthalate (PET) to obtain a graphene resonance-PET substrate. A flexible circuit board is binded on the PET substrate to obtain a graphene touch screen. USE - Method for manufacturing an optically clear adhesive (OCA) substrate graphene touch screen. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing binding procedure and polyethylene terephthalate thickness.
