NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene synergistic biodegradable emulsified oil comprises mixing the emulsifier with the base oil, uniformly stirring, adding modified graphene and functional additives and uniformly stirring. The base oil comprises 30-60 pts. wt. naphthenic base oil, 5-30 pts. wt. biodiesel, 10-40 pts. wt. oleate and 1-5 pts. wt. oleic acid. USE - The emulsified oil is useful in cutting, rolling and hydraulic applications. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical and practical. The emulsified oil has excellent lubricating, cleaning, antirust and cooling properties, outstanding performance in extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and high biodegradability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for modified graphene synergistic biodegradable emulsified oil prepared by the above-mentioned preparation method.
