NOVELTY - Preparing viscose fiber involves adding 8-10 pts. wt. temperature-regulating microcapsules and 1-3 pts. wt. graphene powder to 1000 pts. wt. viscose spinning coagulation bath containing 8-9% cellulose, uniformly stirring, then grinding, dissolving, aging, defoaming, again aging, filtering, degassing in a degassing tank, spinning, and then processing into product according to preset length, size, and crimp. USE - The method is useful for preparing viscose fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares viscose fiber with excellent antistatic and antibacterial properties and UV resistance.
