▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing microwave-reduced graphene oxide (MW-rGO) comprises: (a) providing graphene oxide (GO) comprising at least one layer of graphene comprising at least 25 wt.% of oxygen functional groups; (b) reducing GO into rGO, comprising the layer(s) of graphene having 10-25 wt.% oxygen functional groups, using a reducing agent; and (c) reducing rGO into MW-rGO, comprising the layer(s) of graphene having less than 10 wt.% oxygen functional groups, by microwaving rGO under air atmosphere in presence of a catalyst. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing microwave-reduced graphene oxide (claimed) which is useful in metal industries including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, iron, copper alloys, titanium, cobalt, metal composite, nickel industries, e.g. as coating or as a cooling reagent. ADVANTAGE - The method: is not performed under inert atmosphere, it is possible to reduce into MW-rGO in a short time; and is easy to implement at industrial scale since no inert gas is needed.
