NOVELTY - A three-dimensional graphene/graphite phase nitrogen carbide preparing method involves configuring the graphene oxide to graphene oxide solution in deionized water according to a certain proportion. The graphene oxide solution is added with graphitic carbon nitride and dispersing the mixture uniformly to form mixed solution. The mixed solution is placed into a hydrothermal reaction kettle, reacted in the oven and dried to obtain the dried graphene/ graphitic carbon nitride, which is washed repeatedly using de-ionized water, freeze dried to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene/graphite phase nitrogen carbide that is utilized in super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the three-dimensional graphene/graphite phase nitrogen carbide with high orientation degree of pore structure, high specific capacitance and high potential application value in simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A three-dimensional graphene/graphite phase nitrogen carbide preparing method involves configuring the graphene oxide to graphene oxide solution in deionized water according to a certain proportion with concentration of 1-3 mg/mL. The graphene oxide solution is added with graphitic carbon nitride, after dispersing the mixture uniformly to form mixed solution using low temperature ultrasonic method with mass ratio of graphitic carbon nitride and oxidized graphene of 1: 4-1: 10. The mixed solution is placed into a hydrothermal reaction kettle, reacted in the oven at 150-200 degrees C for 10-20 hours and dried in the blast drying box to obtain the dried graphene/ graphitic carbon nitride. The dried graphene/ graphitic carbon nitride is washed repeatedly using de-ionized water and freeze dried at -40 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain finished product.
