NOVELTY - Nickel-titanium dioxide nano welding layer comprises 19-34 wt.% nickel, 68-81 wt.% titanium dioxide, 0.5-1.5 wt.% aluminum oxide and 1-2 wt.% additive, where the additive is graphene. USE - Nickel-titanium dioxide nano welding layer. ADVANTAGE - The nickel-titanium dioxide nano welding layer improves wear resistance, surface hardness and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nickel-titanium dioxide nano welding layer, which involves: (A) subjecting nickel, titanium dioxide and aluminum oxide to perform atomization process to obtain nano ball; and (B) grinding and mixing the ground material with additive to obtain the desired product.
