NOVELTY - Detecting microRNA involves testing microRNA, RNA recombinant enzyme inhibitors, and probe molecule graphene is added into buffer, where reaction temperature is 25-37 degrees C, probe molecule and tested microRNA are fully integrated. Probe molecule is 5' and DNA sequence end has aggregated inducing luminous AIE compound (AIE molecules) of aggregation inducing luminous modification, DNA exonuclease III is added into buffer solution at 4-37 degrees C, adequate response of assay buffer fluorescence intensity is detected, to obtain microRNA. USE - Method for detecting microRNA (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to detect microRNA in a fast, simple and cost-effective manner.
