NOVELTY - The composition comprises edge-oxidized graphene oxide that is selectively oxidized only at the corners. The graphene oxide is dispersed in a thermoelectric material. The content of graphene oxide is 0.2-10 pts. wt. USE - Composition for forming thermoelectric film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Provides the thermoelectric film with excellent charge transfer property and improved electrical conductivity by selectively applying graphene oxide and sintering graphene oxide in thick film. Scattering of phonons occurs between graphene oxide and thermoelectric material to reduce thermal conductivity. The use of film allows for making a thin, compact thermoelectric device.
