NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene-supported titania involves (1) ultrasonically dispersing 100 ml of 200-300 mg/l graphene oxide to obtain dispersion, (2) transferring the dispersion of step (1) to constant temperature water bath, magnetically stirring, dripping titanium chloride solution, adding nonylphenol ethoxylate surfactant, reacting for 120 minutes, cooling the mixture, (3) pouring mixture obtained in step (2) into hydrothermal reactor, heating, cooling, centrifuging, washing with distilled water and anhydrous ethanol and drying to obtain black solid particles. USE - Preparation of graphene-supported titania (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-supported titania by simple and safe process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene-supported titania involves (1) ultrasonically dispersing 100 ml of 200-300 mg/l graphene oxide for 60 minutes to obtain dispersion, (2) transferring the dispersion of step (1) to 45-80 degrees C constant temperature water bath, magnetically stirring, dripping 25-35% of 1-2 ml titanium chloride solution, adding 0.5 ml nonylphenol ethoxylate surfactant, reacting for 120 minutes, cooling the mixture, (3) pouring the mixture obtained in step (2) into 150 ml hydrothermal reactor, heating at 150-180 degrees C for 8-10 hours, naturally cooling, centrifuging, washing with distilled water and anhydrous ethanol 2-3 times and drying at 80-90 degrees C to obtain black solid particles.
