NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises liquid phase treatment expanding, ultrasonic wave peeling by stripping solution to obtain worm-shaped graphene aggregates, adding to ultrasonic wave vibration rod (2) and tank body (1), compressed air bubbling, dispersing aggregates in peeling off suspension liquid, and ultrasonically oscillating for 0.5-20 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method increases peeling off effect and reduces peeling off time.
