NOVELTY - Nano-graphene oxide modified enameled wire paint comprises 20-35 pts. wt. surface modified nano graphene oxide, 10-25 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 20-40 pts. wt. 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane, 10-15 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, 12-15 pts. wt. dimethyl terephthalate, 15-20 pts. wt. 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 0.5-3 pts. wt. catalyst, 25-45 pts. wt. solvent I, 15-40 pts. wt. solvent II and 25-45 pts. wt. diluent. The surface modified nano-graphene oxide is prepared by: (i) ultrasonically treating graphene oxide for 2-3 hours, ultrasonic probe processing graphene oxide into nano graphene oxide, filtering membrane to remove large-size graphene oxide, dispersing nano graphene oxide in dimethylformamide, adding sodium hydroxide and citric acid, processing, reacting, filtering and washing and drying; and (ii) adding carboxylated nano-graphene oxide into the reactor, adding gamma -aminopropyl silsesquioxane, and stirring to obtain carboxylated silsesquioxane grafted nano graphene oxide. USE - Used as nano-graphene oxide modified enameled wire paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has greatly improved heat resistance and mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Nano-graphene oxide modified enameled wire paint comprises 20-35 pts. wt. surface modified nano graphene oxide, 10-25 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 20-40 pts. wt. 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane, 10-15 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, 12-15 pts. wt. dimethyl terephthalate, 15-20 pts. wt. 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 0.5-3 pts. wt. catalyst, 25-45 pts. wt. solvent I, 15-40 pts. wt. solvent II and 25-45 pts. wt. diluent. The surface modified nano-graphene oxide is prepared by: (i) ultrasonically treating graphene oxide for 2-3 hours, ultrasonic probe processing graphene oxide into nano graphene oxide, filtering membrane to remove large-size graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing nano graphene oxide in dimethylformamide, adding sodium hydroxide and citric acid, continuously ultrasonically processing, reacting at 60-85 degrees C under reflux conditions for 2-3 hours, filtering resulting product and washing with suction and drying in an oven to obtain carboxylated nano-graphene oxide; and (ii) adding carboxylated nano-graphene oxide into the reactor, adding gamma -aminopropyl silsesquioxane, and stirring at 70-90 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain the carboxylated silsesquioxane grafted nano graphene oxide, i.e. surface modified nano graphene oxide, where the molar ratio of gamma -aminopropyl silsesquioxane and carboxylated nano-graphene oxide is 1:(0.2-0.6). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: a method for preparing the enameled wire paint, comprising (a) adding ethylene glycol, terephthalic acid, dimethyl terephthalate and 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane into a reactor with a stirrer, uniformly stirring, adding catalyst, heating to 140-180 degrees C for 5-6 hours, and cooling to 40-60 degrees C to obtain cooling materials; (b) adding surface-modified nano-graphene oxide and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate into the cooling material and under stirring and ultrasonic-assisted dispersion conditions, heating to 130-160 degrees C for 3-5 hours; and (c) cooling the material obtained to 100-130 degrees C, adding solvent I, solvent II and diluent, stirring for 3-5 hours, cooling to 60-80 degrees C, and filtering.
