▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing conductive graphene composite polyaniline grafted viscose fiber involves (a) taking 0.01-0.4 pt. wt. anionic surfactants and 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. sulfuric acid, adding to 0.05-1 pt. wt. graphene oxide and polyaniline, and placing in a reactor to react under certain conditions to obtain a uniform mixed solution of graphene oxide, polyaniline and anionic surfactant, (b) taking 0.1-2 pts. wt. p-phenylenediamine and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. thionyl chloride, adding to the mixed solution prepared in step (a) and reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain p-phenylenediamine grafted graphene oxide composite polyaniline, and (c) taking the viscose fiber and immersing in the solution of p-phenylenediamine grafted graphene oxide composite polyaniline, taking out the viscose fiber, placing in an oven and drying, after drying, taking out for pretreatment, adding the dilute sulfuric acid solution and acrylic acid to the mixed solution, taking out and drying to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing conductive graphene composite polyaniline grafted viscose fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively improves the grafting rate of the viscose fiber, produces the product with lower resistivity and excellent electrical properties, and has high conductive grafting rate of the viscose fiber at 72%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing conductive graphene composite polyaniline grafted viscose fiber involves (a) taking 0.01-0.4 pt. wt. anionic surfactants and 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. sulfuric acid, adding to 0.05-1 pt. wt. graphene oxide and polyaniline, and placing in a reactor to react for 1-2 hours under certain conditions to obtain a uniform mixed solution of graphene oxide, polyaniline and anionic surfactant, (b) taking 0.1-2 pts. wt. p-phenylenediamine and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. thionyl chloride, adding to the mixed solution prepared in step (a) and reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain p-phenylenediamine grafted graphene oxide composite polyaniline, and (c) taking the viscose fiber and immersing in the solution of p-phenylenediamine grafted graphene oxide composite polyaniline, controlling the immersion temperature at 40-60 degrees C, and the immersion time for 3-5 hours, after dipping, taking out the viscose fiber, placing it in an oven and drying at 70-90 degrees C, after drying, taking out for pretreatment, adding the dilute sulfuric acid solution and acrylic acid to the mixed solution, controlling the reaction temperature to 80-100 degrees C, and reacting and polymerizing for 3-5 hours, after the reaction, taking out and drying to obtain the product.
