NOVELTY - An electrothermal film comprises substrate, heat generating element, substrate and graphene layer, from bottom to top, where the graphene layer is provided on surface of the electrothermal film. USE - Electrothermal film for use in electric heating device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrothermal film has uniform surface temperature distribution and prolonged service life, does not undergo localized overheating phenomenon, uniformly dissipates heat to graphene layer and comprises graphene layer with ability to increase temperature rise rate of substrate and provide heat dissipation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the electrothermal film (2) an electric heating device.
