ADVANTAGE - The super-capacitor electrode material has high capacity and energy density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing super-capacitor electrode material which involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene in ethylene glycol, treating acetate ethylene glycol solution at room temperature, stirring mixture for 2 hours, adjusting pH value of the solution to 9-10 using sodium hydroxide, reacting under microwave at 700W power for 3 minutes, and heating and stirring at 60 degrees C for 10 hours, continuously stirring, adding carbon nano-tube slurry, stirring and cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing and drying under vacuum at 60 degrees C to obtain finished product.
