NOVELTY - Bismuth telluride doped graphene thermoelectric material having original disc wing structure, comprises porous array structure and strip array structure, which are alternately arranged in a ridge-like manner. The thermoelectric material is obtained by heat radiation treatment. USE - The thermoelectric material is useful as coating finishing for textile product, as functional additive to prepare functional fiber, and for preparing into a film for smart textiles (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermoelectric material has good flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the thermoelectric material, comprising (i) respectively soaking the original disc wing in an absolute ethyl alcohol and alkali solution for 2-3 hours, removing and washing with deionized water to obtain a pre-processing biological template; (ii) immersing the template in a graphene oxide solution, completely volatilizing the solution, removing the template, washing using deionized water and drying to obtain graphene oxide loaded biological template; (iii) graphene oxide loaded biological template in a bismuth and tellurium containing metal salt solution for 3-4 days, removing and drying to obtain bismuth telluride doped graphene oxide loaded biological template; and (iv) subjecting bismuth telluride doped graphene oxide loaded biological template to thermal radiation processing at 3000-3050 degrees C.
