NOVELTY - Composite graphene floor paint comprises 50-150 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-5 pts. wt. oleate-cyclotriphosphazene-based graphene, 2-8 pts. wt. polypropylene glycol, 4-10 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 2-8 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, 0.5-4 pts. wt. modified carbon nanotube, 1-6 pts. wt. modified mica powder, 2-8 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 0.05-1 pts. wt. lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 2-10 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and 40-80 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran. USE - Composite graphene floor paint. ADVANTAGE - The composite graphene floor paint has improved mechanical property of the floor paint and proloned service life of the floor paint by using epoxy resin as a main raw material, and using composite material of oleate-cyclotriphosphazene based graphene/modified carbon nanotube/modified mica powder/polylactic acid copolymer as an auxiliary material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite graphene floor paint, which involves: (a) taking 50-150 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-5 pts. wt. oleate-cyclotriphosphazene-based graphene, 2-8 pts. wt. polypropylene glycol, 4-10 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 2-8 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, stirring at 70-100℃ for 1-4 hours in a stirring speed of 1200-1800 revolutions per minute, to obtain first component; (b) taking 0.5-4 pts. wt. modified carbon nanotubes, 1-6 pts. wt. modified mica powder, 2-8 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 0.05-1 pts. wt. lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 2-10 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and 40-80 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran in a constant temperature mixer, stirring at 50-80℃ for 1.5-3 hours at a rotating speed of 200-480 revolutions per minute to obtain second component; (c) adding the obtained first component to second component, performing ultrasonic treatment at room temperature for 40-60 minutes, the ultrasonic power is 100-160 watt, and the ultrasonic frequency is 20-45 kilohertz, and stirring at 40-70℃ for 1-3 hours at speed of 400-600 revolutions per minute to obtain a composite graphene floor paint.
