▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene bioelectronic device consists of a graphene composite layer comprising two or more graphene layers. USE - Graphene bioelectronic device used in endoscope (claimed) for medical applications e.g. imaging and treatment of digestive tract disease and prevention of colon cancer development. ADVANTAGE - The device has excellent mechanical deformation capability which can be formed with the super-thin films, mechanical stability and electrical reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) treatment and diagnosis nanoparticles, which comprises a metal nanorods, porous shells and a polymer capsule layer surrounding the porous shell and having a thermosensitive property; and (2) endoscope, which consists of a built-in camera and the device.
