▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A conductive powder coating comprises 30-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 30-40 pts. wt. polyester resin, 1-3 pts. wt. conductive agent, 0.5-1.5 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-3 pts. wt. additive, 15-20 pts. wt. pigment and 10-15 pts. wt. filler. The conductive agent is formed by mixing single-layer nanographene and aluminum hydroxide. The average particle diameter (D50) of graphene is 3-6 nm. USE - Conductive powder coating used for electronic machine room. ADVANTAGE - The conductive powder coating has excellent corrosion resistance, conductive performance and light color decorative performance. The nanographene has excellent superconducting characteristics to form a continuous conductive carbon channel to eliminate the static electricity collected on the surface of coating film, reduces electrostatic charge aggregation in the electronic equipment room and lightning or static, which affects device operation and improves the service life of device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating, which involves weighing the raw materials, pre-mixing with a tumble mixer for 3-5 minutes, melting and extruding the pre-mixed materials using an extruder, cooling into sheet material using a tablet machine and crushing into 30-50 micron powder particles.
