▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial fiber cloth adding inorganic non-metallic nanoparticles composited with carbon material with functional groups/or adding inorganic non-metallic nanoparticles with active surface treatment into the spun polymer solution/melt to obtain final product with fiber diameter of 0.2-30 microm, where the inorganic non-metallic nanoparticles titanium dioxide, copper(II) sulfide, titanium nitride and/or titanium carbide; the carbon material graphene and/or carbon nanotubes. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial mask filter layers and antibacterial protective fiber cloth. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the technical problems of complicated preparation process and poor effect of existing fiber cloth materials; utilizes low-cost copper sulfide and other semiconductors or inorganic non-metallic nanoparticles e.g. conductive ceramics as antibacterial functional bodies, instead of the commonly used precious metals gold, gold, and copper sulfide.
