▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly flame-retardant composite material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. adsorption resin, 5-10 pts. wt. flame-retardant filler, 1-3 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 10-20 pts. wt. carboxymethyl starch, 5-10 pts. wt. nanocellulose, 60-80 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 60-80 pts. wt. diallyldimethylammonium chloride, 0.5-1 pt. wt. N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, 60-80 pts. wt. glycerol, 130-150 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, 1-3 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, and 1 pt. wt. coupling agent, and is prepared by: (1) adding nano cellulose and absolute ethanol to a reactor, heating at 80 degrees C, dripping acrylic acid and diallyldimethylammonium chloride at a dripping rate of 2 ml/minute, adding ammonium persulfate to the reactor, and stirring at 300-500 rpm for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixture (A); and (2) adding N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide to the mixture (A), heat-preserving for 4 hours, adding remaining raw materials, stirring and reacting for 4-6 hours, and cooling to room temperature. USE - The environmentally-friendly flame-retardant composite material is useful for treating dust and coal dust. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly flame-retardant composite material has compact three-dimensional network structure, and excellent adsorption performance, adhesion performance, wettability, and air corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the environmentally-friendly flame-retardant composite material.
