NOVELTY - A conductor (10'') comprises substrate (100), 1st conductive layer (110) disposed on the substrate and having greater than or equal to 2 islands containing graphene (111), and 2nd conductive layer (120) disposed directly on the 1st conductive layer and containing conductive metal nanowire (121), where upper surface and/or lower surface of the islands containing graphene have P-type dopant, and conductive metal nanowire electrically connects 1st island and 2nd island of the 1st conductive layer. USE - A conductor for electronic device selected from flat panel display, touch screen panel, solar cell, e-window, electrochromic mirror, heat mirror, transparent transistor, or flexible display (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductor has improved optical properties and mechanical flexibility, and high electrical conductivity and reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for fabrication of conductor (10'') which involves forming 1st conductive layer (110) comprising greater than or equal to 2 islands containing graphene (111), disposing 1st conductive layer on substrate (100) to form 2nd conductive layer (120) directly on 1st conductive layer to make the conductor, and contacting exposed surface of greater than or equal to 2 islands containing graphene with P-type dopant-containing solution to perform 1st P-doping on the exposed surface to form 1st P-doped surface of the 1st conductive layer, where contacting is performed between formation of 1st conductive layer and disposing of 1st conductive layer on the substrate, or between disposing of 1st conductive layer on the substrate and formation of 2nd conductive layer.
