NOVELTY - Preparing nano lithium borohydride under in-situ condition, comprises: either adding butyl lithium and triethylamine borane into organic solvent, mixing, then heating and reacting under high pressure hydrogen, and post-processing to obtain nano-lithium borohydride; or adding butyl lithium, triethylamine borane and carrier material into organic solvent, then mixing, heating and reacting under high-pressure hydrogen, and post-processing to obtain nano-lithium borohydride; or adding butyl lithium, triethylamine borane, carrier material and transition metallocene into organic solvent, mixing, then heating and reacting under high pressure hydrogen, and post-processing to obtain nano-lithium borohydride. USE - The nano lithium borohydride is useful in hydrogen storage material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano lithium borohydride has high hydrogen storage capacity, and low hydrogen absorption and desorption operation temperature, and fast hydrogen absorption and desorption rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nano lithium borohydride prepared by above method.
