NOVELTY - Heat conducting and electromagnetic shielding film comprises epoxy resin, composite filler, and auxiliary agent. The composite filler is modified nano cellulose, modified graphene oxide and carbon black. USE - The film is used in communication and photoelectric display industry, 5G application, and display application of high-end fields e.g. communication. ADVANTAGE - The covering film has improved electromagnetic shielding function and heat conducting performance. The method is simple, low cost, and reduces the labor, device, energy consumption, material and comprehensive cost of the covering film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the covering film of heat-conducting and electromagnetic shielding.
