NOVELTY - Monodisperse metal atom/graphene complex catalyst comprises monodisperse metal atom loaded on the atom-doped graphene, where the content of the mono-dispersed metal atom is 0.0001-5.0 wt.%, and the content of atom-doped graphene is 95-99.9999 wt.% and graphene in heteroatom content is 0-90 wt.%. USE - The monodisperse metal atom/graphene complex catalyst is useful in the electro-catalysis oxidation reduction reaction and carbon dioxide reduction reaction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to operate and control, and is economical. The catalyst has good quality, high in safety, good for industrial production, exhibits high activity, relative to the commercial platinum on carbon, has better comprehensive performance, and excellent application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing complex catalyst comprising (i) subjecting graphite raw material to press molding to form electrodes, or the graphite raw material directly into the polymer bag used as the electrode, the graphite material is graphene doped, (ii) adding the prepared electrode for electrolysis in the electrolytic cell, separating solid and liquid, recycling electrolyte, where electrolytic cell comprises multiple electrodes of the electrode array, multiple electrolytic cell and electrolytic cell array is formed, (iii) solid further stripping separated by solid-liquid separation to obtain rough-disperse metal atoms/graphene composite material, using ultrasonic, stirring, ball milling or high speed cutting further peeling the electrolyzed electrode, then using centrifuging, filtering, filtering, naturally settling to realize the solid-liquid separation to obtain rough- disperse metal atom/graphene composite material, (iv) separating and purifying crude mono-dispersed metal atoms/graphene composite material, firstly separating and purifying: the crude mono-dispersed metal atoms/graphene composite material is dispersed in the solvent, using ultrasonic, stirring to separate the mono-dispersed metal atoms/graphene composite material and solid impurities, washing, then the solid is washed with an acidic aqueous solution to remove the surface solid impurities, then using de-ionized water or pure water washing, solid-liquid separation by finally using centrifugation, suction filtration, pressure filtration or natural sedimentation method to realize the solid-liquid separation, solid drying to obtain mono-dispersed metal atoms/graphene composite material powder, (v) subjecting composite material for heat treatment under the protection of inert atmosphere, cooling, drying to obtain monodisperse metallic atoms/graphene composite catalyst.
