NOVELTY - Carbon fiber-graphene filled with high thermal conductivity flame retardant plastic material comprises e.g. magnesium oxide, boron nitride, polybutylene terephthalate, ethylene vinyl acetate, glass fiber, 107 glue, di-n-butyltin dilaurate, ethyl orthosilicate, melamine cyanurate, zinc borate, aluminum hypophosphite, bamboo charcoal, nano-silicon dioxide, dibutyltin dichloride, graphite oxide, carbon fibers, KH550, ethanol, acetone, sodium hydroxide solution and distilled water. USE - The carbon fiber-graphene filled with high thermal conductivity flame retardant plastic material is useful in light emitting diode (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Carbon fiber-graphene filled with high thermal conductivity flame retardant plastic material comprises 5-10 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 8-15 pts. wt. boron nitride, 10-20 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 5-8 pts. wt. ethylene vinyl acetate, 4-8 pts. wt. glass fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. 107 glue, 1-2 pts. wt. di-n-butyltin dilaurate, 1-3 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate, 3-6 pts. wt. melamine cyanurate, 2-4 pts. wt. zinc borate, 2-5 pts. wt. aluminum hypophosphite, 1-3 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal, 2-4 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. dibutyltin dichloride, 2-4 pts. wt. graphite oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. carbon fibers, 1-2 pts. wt. KH550, ethanol, acetone, sodium hydroxide solution and distilled water (balance amount). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for carbon fiber-graphene filled with high thermal conductivity flame retardant plastic material comprising (a) mixing KH550 with ethanol, heating the water bath at 70-90 degrees C, adding magnesium oxide and boron nitride, stirring for 10-30 minutes, removing for 1-2 hours, sucking the upper layer solution with straw, dying at 75-95 degrees C for 1-2 hours, then mixing with 107 glue and adding dibutyltin dilaurate, ethyl orthosilicate, stirring for 1-2 hours, (ii) adding melamine cyanurate into sodium hydroxide solution, stirring, adding zinc borate, heating at 65-95 degrees C, reacting for 1-3 hours to obtain white viscous product, filtering, washing for 3-5 times, drying at 115-165 degrees C for 1-3 hours, adding aluminum hypophosphite and bamboo charcoal, drying at 100-150 degrees C for 1-2 hours, with the former mixing, ultrafine grinding, to obtain compound flame retardant, (iii) heating polybutylene terephthalate at 150-170 degrees C, adding nano-silicon dioxide and material obtained in (ii), mixing and adding dibutyltin dichloride, then polymerizing for 1-2 hours, moving into ice-water bath and pulverizing, and the obtained sample drying at 105-130 degrees C for 2-4 hours, (iv) adding the graphene oxide into the material obtained in (iii), ultrasonic vibration for 2-3 hours, adding carbon fiber and acetone, mixing, ultrasonic oscillating for 1-2 hours, and (v) adding raw materials in (i) and (iv) and other remaining raw materials into high-speed mixer for 1-2 hours, placing in a twin-screw extruder, melt extrusion at 200-250 degrees C, air cooling, granulating, and then adding into the oven at 75-95 degrees C, drying for 4-8 hours, taking out, injection molding, by injection at 235-255 degrees C to obtain final product.
