NOVELTY - Graphene aldehyde removing silicon plate comprises 45-60 pts. wt. diatomite, 30-40 pts. wt. calcium material, 3-5 pts. wt. mineral material, 5-10 pts. wt. water, 1-2 pts. wt. thickening agent, and 1-5 pts. wt. graphene modified aldehyde removal agent. The liquid (water) to solid ratio is 4-5:1. USE - Used as graphene aldehyde removing silicon plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene aldehyde removing silicon plate, comprising (i) mixing diatomaceous earth, calcium material, mineral material, wood fiber, thickening agent, graphene modified aldehyde removal agent and water according to liquid-solid ratio of 4-5:1, stirring and mixing uniformly at a stirring speed of 300-500 revolution per minute (rpm), (ii) feeding the mixed material into a mixer at constant speed again, uniformly stirring, flowing through an outlet to the release cloth, dehydrating, extruding, and forming a slab, and (iii) allowing the slab to stand for 2-3 hours, preliminary drying, demolding, curing at 180-200 degrees C under 1-1.5 MPa for 6-12 hours, and then drying at 100-150 degrees C for 40-60 minutes to remove moisture content.
